Trainings and Workshops

The Dispute Resolution Center offers training for those interested in becoming mediators through our bi-annual 40 hour mediator trainings.  These trainings have been approved by the State Court Administrative Office of Michigan and are available for those who desire to become volunteer mediators as well as those who wish to join the court civil roster or mediate as a private practioner.

The DRC also offers continuing education opportunities to those who are already mediators with advanced mediator trainings and workshops throughout the year.  Our most popular workshop is our Brown Bag Lunch Series.  "Brown Bags" are conducted monthly from late fall through spring.
