WHAT IS A MEDIATOR:

A mediator is a third party neutral who can help people in conflict find solutions and come to agreement. Mediators learn skills which can be used in personal relationships and professional situations.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND:

Educators, social service providers, health care workers, law enforcement professionals, managers, supervisors, real estate agents and community members



DATES AND TIMES (2 weekends):

Fall October 1-3 and October 15-17, 2010
Fridays & Saturdays
8:00 am-5:00 pm

Sundays
1:00 pm -5:00 pm

Participants must attend all days in order to receive certificate
