Communication and Marketing go hand in hand and The Dispute Resolution Center has a workshop to help you improve as a mediator in both of these areas.  Friday November 12, 2010 The DRC will be hosting a two part Mediator Workshop given by Joanna DeCamp and Elizabeth Jolliffe.

The first half presented by JoAnna DeCamp is SCAO approved and will cover: Listening and reframing skills, Understanding the impact of behavior that may differ from original intents, as well as Dialogue and self-reflection as learning tools for Mediators.

In the second half Elizabeth Jolliffe will teach you how to identify your target market, build your brand, and become known by those you want to serve.
