Belinda DulinHas been involved with conflict resolution programs since 1998. She has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master of Arts degree in Dispute Resolution, both from Wayne State University. Prior to becoming involved in community mediation, she worked in the corporate setting assisting with employment disputes. She began her employment with The Dispute Resolution Center 2003 as the Mediation Services Coordinator

Is an attorney and mediator. President of Mediation Training and Consultation Institute, she has been a mediator, trainer and facilitator since1981. She mediates in civil, domestic relations, and employment disputes. She also works with businesses and organizations in dispute resolution and organizational consulting. She is past Regional Vice President of SPIDR, serving on it national Board of Directors, and past President of the national Academy of Family Mediators and the Michigan Council of Family and Divorce Mediation.

Butterwick, J.D.Practices in the areas of mediation, program development, training, and teaching. She has mediation experience in civil disputes and large multiparty disputes involving city and county governments and private agencies, and in community, real estate, workplace, and family matters. She is approved as a mediator trainer by the Michigan State Court Administrative Office and trains attorneys for civil court mediation under MCR 2.411.
