Our specialty is mediation – a process where two or more people involved in a dispute openly discuss their problem in a confidential setting. The goal is for the disputants to arrive at a mutually acceptable agreement to resolve the problem. A neutral mediator, professionally trained by CRS in resolving conflicts, assists the participants in achieving a workable solution.

Conflict Resolution Services, Inc. is a non-profit organization that delivers timely, non-adversarial mediation and arbitration services, facilitation of public or private meetings, state-certified mediator training, and customized skills-building training to area business firms and educators. Headquartered in Traverse City, Michigan, CRS delivers services to community members and businesses across northern Michigan.
